I currently have a sport ka which I adore, and I can afford, however I'm stuck in a dead end job and living at home and reducing my cost on my car is the only thing I can think to do to allow me to save money for eventually getting my own place.
I was just going to sell my car and make do without but I want to look into getting something a bit cheaper to run and insure.
I could get around £3k for my car (hopefully) so I wouldnt want to spend much more than that on the new car. I pay approx £170 on tax per year and roughly £500 insurance a year (I'm only 20, nearly 21 so my insurance is inevitably higher!)
Any ideas?
Nissan Micra, not flashy' but a dependable little car.
I work at the biggest Auction cars,
very sort out' for reliability.
cheap tax, and good on petrol.
ive just bought a megane and its very good on deisel i only pay £35 a tear roed tax as the road tax is now based on co2 emissions some of these small smart cars are road tax free good luck
Go for a Micra, not the best looking of cars but they are very cheap to run and insure.
Ja.
Hi, the best car i would recommend is Nissan Micra 1.0litre.
You can get a decent one for around £1,000 to £1,500.
These are very cheap on fuel and insurance and are very durable cars.
I would also recommend this to anyone just passing their driving tests or a young driver that is looking for a cheap but also reliable car.
You can get one from this website – http://www.auctionsmadesimple.co.uk
There are different cars there, so you have to click on the nissan brand and type in micra in the search box at the top to get the ones ending soon.
Good Luck!
I wish my suggestion could be useful. And here http://www.Autoinsurancepro.info/auto-insurance-free.htm is information which I used a lot.Check it out.
